2006開始有機栽種，2013獲得生物動力農法認證。以原生酵母啟動發酵，依照採收當年狀況決定全數獲高比例在橡木桶內發酵，不澄清不過率，使用高比例的陳年基酒。葡萄來自Verzenay和Verzy兩座特級村。石灰石土壤和白堊土。 以原生酵母啟動發酵，45%橡木桶發酵，不澄清不過率，除渣後只添加濃縮的葡萄汁。酒體飽滿，豐富、多汁的黑櫻桃風味，深沈的礦物感受，口感稠密緊實、集中度高，充滿活力，充分展現出漢斯山區北邊的風土。 國際評分 :
