There are enough coin-flip cards in Magic: The Gathering that I could have chosen practically any of them
If you are a "kitchen table" player with a group of friends, try buying a complete playset of commons/uncommons for each set that comes out (4x of each card.) This will typically run around $20-30 on ebay and yet greatly expand your collection
While it isnt competitive, its a fun group hug or chaos piece that changes the whole tables strategy
Older cantrips that wait until the next upkeep to draw a card work well here, since you can fire them off on an opponent's turn, then trigger your draw-2 effect on your turn with all your mana still open
