I think this is a pretty compelling card, although given it is two-cost players might still prefer the one-cost Develop Your Brain

This feels adequate to us, since all of the cards are reprints and there are no new 'instant staples' or cool tech to discuss

Maybe in a red/black deck you discard for the hit, and then recover the card you just discarded somehow

Its designed for collectors, so its rarely ever used for casual play.
