Homemade Caesar Dressing Ingredients 1 cup whole egg mayonnaise 1/2 clove garlic finely minced (more if you prefer, I like to ease off in this dressing because theres so much else going on) 2 anchovy fillets 2 Tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp Dijon mustard 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1/2 cup parmesan cheese freshly grated 3 tbsp milk more if needed to adjust consistency 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper Instructions Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth
