Orientale Basin at the Edge of Light Size:100x140 cm now known as the CrabLow angle sunlight skims the lunar farside, revealing the subtle structure of Orientale Basin in dramatic shadow. This image shows a portion of the Moons farside along the terminator, where lunar day meets lunar night. The low Sun angle casts long shadows across the cratered terrain.
