Blackberry, which is used in both the Cheadle Gin and the Cheadle Raspberry Gin, gives a beautifully soft and smooth characteristic from distilling the soft fruits within the still. Combined with other traditional botanicals including juniper, orris, coriander and angelica resulting in a complex but traditional gin.
