One of the longstanding tricks in the format is to play Karmic Guide alongside Saffi Erikdottir so that you can put the echo trigger on the stack and then sacrifice Saffi, eventually bringing back Karmic Guide (since, in your Karador deck, Saffi is cheaper to cast)
From that date, only cards with H, I, or J regulation marks will be legal to play, and cards marked 'G' will no longer be standard legal
It's a great counter to any card that might win the game, and can help you win the game against something like a Thassa's Oracle combo since that user won't have a card to draw when their turn comes back around
