Yes, Heads revamped version of Givenchys dress is the one that was ultimately used in the film and in all of the promotional materials used for the film meaning that despite the fashionable legacy, none of the original dresses created by Givenchy were used
Fun fact for you: originally, the dress was much shorter, but the film studios thought it showed too much of Audreys leg, so the lower half was redesigned by costume designer Edith Head

Add to that the fact that it also appears to have an Angelina Jolie-worthy thigh-high split, and it's safe to say that the lewk is all kinds of extra (which, is the festive season style MO, right?)
