I can also see Empyial Storm doing great work in a Boros deck such as Bruse Tarl, Boorish Herder plus whatever, as the angels benefit greatly from haste (Anger) and can get silly with a Warstorm Surge out
I would also look into the R/W deck with which Ben Lundquist took first, but my concern is the fact that the Boros Elites in the deck need a critical mass of creatures to reach their potential, giving you a vulnerability to Thoughtseize and spot removal that aggro decks dont typically have (at least not to that degree)
Why would you play Noxious ThrongNoxious Throng over Time WarpTime Warp unless you're making a fun deck

With this commander deck just having her on the board will have your opponents scrambling to deal with the constant chips of life loss as you drain their live totals down gradually
If youre worried about losing your exerted character from your opponents challenging it, just make sure you banish everything that could challenge it with Grab Your Sword or any of your own direct challenges
