Once Sephiroth flips, which is easy to achieve with an Accursed Marauder or any kind of Grave Pact effect, the Blood Artist effect becomes permanent, and you get access to a terrifying 5/5 Flier that can draw you several cards a turn
It shouldnt be too hard to make a cohesive deck with plenty of spells of both types in Simic, so I might even throw this together myself if I feel like playing a deck outside of my usual wheelhouse
It introduces a small incentive to a game to encourage attacking, but still gives players decisions to make
Of course, you'd have to find a regular version without the Elven script to know what it even does
