The Workshop is so good that it is banned in Legacy, and likely wont ever see an unbannning, not that that hurts the price at all.

My favorites are Fumigate and Wave of Reckoning

Two mana for an extra turn is more than enough to close out most games

Some can be a little hit or miss but its almost impossible to not find at least some of them either funny or endearing

Mass Manipulation costs XX and four Blue mana

Even with a Demonic Tutor effect like this, Mono-Blue Storm will produce games where the opponent watches helplessly as cards are drawn with Paradoxical Outcome, cards are played again, Minds Desire storm copies are resolving, and the excruciatingly long win eventually comes to its conclusion
