BIG 2021, Blank Bottle Saison with a ginger-y spice and95% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Cabernet franc. The name B. I. G. does not refer to the style of the wine but to the magnitude of the blend. This wine represents Bordeaux from South Africa. Beautifully, elegant, fruit forward Cab from one of our favourite South African producers.
