Anemone nemorosa 'Robinsoniana', Wood Anemone or Windflower fragrant perfect to deter maraudersLarge lavender blue flowers with grayish reverse seem to float above deeply incised foliage. Easy and rewarding. Please note the rhizomes of Wood Anemones root later in spring and may be shipped before plants are rooted in. NOTE: These are SUMMER DORMANT plants; they dry up and go "to sleep" after they bloom in spring. Other examples of summer dormant plants are Tulips and Daffodils. Do not be alarmed when they disappear with the onset of warm weather
