The Competitive mindset, as I understand it, is that anything goes and you are all trying to win the game
I really like it with the lowered cost it gets after things die this turn as it could be quite the cheap option
Wanted in pretty much any creature deck as a way to create a lot of mana, this shines in elves, but plenty of other EDH and Legacy/Vintage decks can make do with it
Tourach, Dread Cantor Tourach, Dread Cantors whole existence is just a riff off the classic Hymn to Tourach, and while the homage is spot-on, I'm not sure how many people wanted to run Hymn to Tourach in the command zone to begin with
That's glib, but Quantum Riddler draws cards, attacks for four, and helps you topdeck when you're low on cards for very little (mana) investment
