If I think theyre as good as you say, maybe I'll add them
Zendikar Rising showed us how powerful having a card that doubles as a spell and a land can be: at the cost of a little bit of efficiency on either side (or life if were talking the mythic cycle), having a land drop when you need it or an impactful spell if you dont makes for some great cards
And you can pay three mana and sacrifice two Treasures to put two +1/+1 counters on each creature you control
Magic: The Gathering is home to all kinds of degenerate strategies and effects, from land destruction and counterspells to hyper-aggressive burn decks
Having one of these effects in the CZ means youll get extra value out of playing selective wipes and removal, and figuring out the puzzle of what nontoken creatures to play that can benefit from repeated deaths in the turn is a fun deckbuilding challenge
