If it used at the maximum of 12 charges, it has a wide range of random effects, such as spawning an item that rapidly cycles between 9 different choices, filling the room with beams of light that damage enemies, spawning a massive bomb that blows part of the floor away, or even filling the room with enemies and locking the door
Building in other ways to create artifact tokens can give you a good supply of things to sacrifice, and blue has a few ways of untapping creatures that you can use to get multiple activations off Bjorna, Nightfall Alchemist
Theyre a terrible hit while cascading, and you really want to be as proactive as possible
