This magnificent mid Victorian memorial brooch pendant features cobalt blue champleve enamel around a center North Star accented by seven roughly cut diamonds. It is wonderfully crafted and features delicate hand twisted gold wirework and hand etched floral designs. The reverse of this brooch contains a photograph of a George Buck, a toolmaker
