The White one-costs three for a 2/1 lifelink that turns ETBs of smaller powered stuff into cards drawn, but just once per turn

As a control deck, you want to dissuade people from attacking you and protect your life total as much as possible

As of early 2026, there are approximately 29,000 unique card names in paper, but that number balloons to over 86,000 when counting every reprint, alternate art, and special treatment

Buy the other decks only if you want to play them, or are planning on keeping sealed copies for the next 5 years (or so)
