Use cards like Nuclear Fallout if the opponent is getting ahead on board to reset and flood them with rad counters, then drop a gigantic Tarmogoyf which returns with its own Fallout theme in the form of the Scrounging Deathclaw

It could technically do something alongside Ultima, Origin of Oblivion, but thats still not going to be worth it

This one was quite expensive when it came out but has bottomed out a bit now, so Im hoping to add it to more decks

Her activated ability is just 1 blue and you get to counter a non-creature spell, which is incredible

Now, the card makes me care about +1/+1 counters, so that would have to be worked into the deck, but as I said above, I'm a Johnny, so I'm not scared away by hoops to jump through
