The modified deck as we know it today consists of 36 or 32 cards, depending on the game youre playing

A common starting point is around 10 ramp sources and 8 to 12 draw or card advantage sources, then adjust for your commander and game plan

It isnt amazing by any means, but this is a reasonable support piece in Oops, All Lilianas if you want to build around the planeswalker
