Smith of Mt Pleasant, Pennsylvania. It measures 8 1 4 by 8 1 2 and is considered part of the Mt Pleasant line, produced sometime between the mid 1920s and 1934. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or wear the glass has very nice clarity although you cant see the transparency of the glass in my photos. Ive seen it advertised as a snack plate, but it would make a lovely
