Theres plenty of value here, especially with that cheap spell-copy ability, but Id rather put that ability to use in the 99 of a commander like Niv-Mizzet, Parun or Narset, Enlightened Exile

Candelabra of tawnos: allowed you to abuse the powerful lands too easily (mishra's workshop and library of alexandria in particular)
I can't unsee how this is a simple upgrade on one of the archetype's favorites: Sram, Senior Edificer because if you're like me you ignored the auras and vehicles anyway, and adding blue is an improvement
Even if you weren't trying to strand a bunch of cards, the matches often turned into exhaustion wars to see who would have spells left over when the music stopped, and Goblin Trenches would blow such matches wide open
