Renegade Rallier is an efficient three-drop Human that wants you to play with one and two-drops that people want to kill
This card, Kellan, the Fae-Blooded, could be beneficial in a deck focused on tribal synergies or a deck that utilizes a lot of cheap spells

Use one-of cards for specific tech choices, not for your entire strategy
Maybe Im Not Quite Done With This Deck After All There will always be tweaks to make, of course: Spellslinger decks tend to get swamped by big stompy creatures if the draw doesnt go your way, but after somehow packing a Confetti Foil version of Omniscience, if I can ride out potential awkward mid-games, I can start playing cards without their mana cost
The final big proliferate-friendly card I'd recommend is Tezzeret the Seeker, which can find your important artifacts more efficiently than the other tutors can, plus it also acts as huge ramp if you've got an Everflowing Chalice or Empowered Autogenerator on the battlefield
