Onigiri Acrylic Earrings sweets I designed and cut pickle

I designed and cut pickle jar earrings engraved with peppercorns and 'DILL PICKLES' on the front

Each necklace was made using pearly beads strung on nylon coated wire with lobster clasp

The tops and bottoms are engraved bronze mirror acrylic with acetate triangles in between

These koi fish had been stashed away for a while until I found these light blue crystal teardrop beads to accompany them in these earrings

Onigiri Acrylic Earrings sweets I designed and cut pickleThese earrings are inspired by a popular classic Japanese snack called onigiri which essentially a triangle of rice typically wrapped in seaweed and stuffed with meat or fish. I cannot wait to go to Japan and try these! The earrings are engraved white acrylic triangles with black shimmer acrylic squares to represent the seaweed. They are hung on green marbled acetate discs.
