A lot of decks in Vintage aren't playing many creatures outside of the fair midrange piles, and Ragavan can generally swing in and generate a Treasure token and then be able to utilize that mana efficiently

This deck is even weirder and less intuitive than the Tablet itself, but has many powerful features, and is quite rewarding to play
