Built Billet Proof was shown at'Built' is a painting highlighting the talents of bike builder Billy Lane and his amazing hub less bike. I find Billy's bikes fun and interesting as he frequently uses found objects in his work. The junkyard setting seemed appropriate and within the pile you'll find parts used in this amazing motorcycle. The rear wheel is a bearing from a Helicopter transmission. The Lake pipes were popular in the 50's and 60's so look for car parts from that era.
