This pendant was originally a MSH Volunteer pin (circa 1930 1940) that we converted into a pendant by removing the pin and adding a jump ring bail. The piece features a hand of 10k gold grasping a vibrant blue sapphire. The piece measures 0. 95 inches from the top of the jump ring to bottom by 0. 4 inches wide and is in excellent condition.
