One small scuff at the base but you can’t tell when it is mounted

The sheaves are 2 1/8" and 1 3/8" and fits 3/8" line diameter

Most of the chrome is flacking off

The bracket that holds the oar handle is 1 3/4” diameter when the bolt/nut is at the very end

The wooden frame does have some damage
