One tip is down 1 4". Chestnut brown silks with rust colored tipping. Rust, yellow, and purple tipping at the ferrules and winding check. The rust colored silks are obviously not Payne original. This rod has an up locking screw lock reel seat with Payne's standard Spanish cedar spacer, both in excellent condition. Red
