This second printing of the set releases on November 3 and with it comes four new Scene Boxes featuring 24 new cards along with special rock poster treatments of 20 cards from the original set

These three cards are essential for Commander players to be sure so I can understand wanting to include them, but it isnt like those cards arent in plentiful supply at this point
