There are plenty of strong cards that will boost Wind-type decks and Harpie decks

This card has actually been competitive since it gives card advantage by acting as removal while giving you a creature too, but I think its fallen by the wayside mainly because its too expensive, and its cost is a bit awkward

The Accursed are ever drawn to the Hekma, as though its presence provides a brief respite in their lives of eternal torment

So Im not sure this is a great background for the deck
