there is a special Firebird inner fender now available # PW17940 which are again MORE expensive a bit but more precise just for a Firebird ONLY

Its the base Gold kit for the 78-79's but the pin stripe can be altered for each year and the 1980's have a slightly darker Gold on the bird

This is the best sound solution for the original dash location we have found

Has the flat splade with single bolt screw down to fasten that is important. . its NOT the round post type. The Cruise is activated with a depress button at the end on the lever. Not cheap but specific and there are no GM ones commercially normally available and even then they were 2 or three times those repro now for no real gain.
