While many dont bother shifting her anymore, I find it to be the best way to use her to gain maximum damage output right out the gate

But if you hold up countermagic, you cant meaningfully impact the board

The deck comes with 28 creatures and all of those creatures are legendary, so every creature card in the 99 is a legal target for Dihadas +2 ability

Probably better suited as a 99, though not an awful choice to head a discard-themed deck
