I mean, usually not in Commander, but Tinybones, Trinket Thief can get the job done when you can stack on card draw and get some late game inevitability

Outside of a few notable exceptions, Faeries are primarily Dimir (blue/black) which makes choosing somewhat simpler
Even so, thats not really why youd want him in your deck - when it comes to gathering ink, this Detective cant be beat
