If wine ever became easy to generate, this card is probably broken just from its first ability - it would be very easy to be swinging for lethal (20+ damage) on turn 3 if you could make 2 wine tokens by then

On the flip side, I excluded commanders like Chulane, Teller of TalesChulane, Teller of Tales, because while they might be extremely strong Merfolk commanders, they don't support Merfolk more than any other type

That said, this one is probably going to find the least amount of homes
