I can see this being played alongside Glimpse the Unthinkable

You can pay seven mana to meld him with The Mightstone and Weakstone to create Urza, Planeswalker, who has a whopping five different abilities you can use - and you can choose to activate two abilities per turn instead of just one

And I think overall you are making your deck weaker playing these cards instead of ones that are just standalone good cards

That said, a lot of planeswalkers get used in a lot decks that dont take full advantage of all of their abilities
