Ideal to be used as a small hime fork for fruit and wagashi (Japanese sweets). Sori Yanagi was born in 1915, son of Soetsu Yanagi, Japanese Folk Crafts Museum founder. With a background in both and architecture, he was central in Japanese postwar industrial design. In 1998 this series won the prestigious Good Design Award in Japan. Details
