These new cards are intended to replace the Hyper Rare cards from former packs
Since this is a starter Pokmon evolutionary line and an EX, expect lots of people to try and track it down after it arrives
Maybe it should be a fourth Centaur Healer for the aggro matchups or a Sundering Growth to kill Runechanters Pike, but the idea here is that its good against other Detention Sphere decks and has some corner cases where its awesome
