There's no bad mode here, which makes it a pretty polar but safe counterspell in decks that can support the mana cost

This is very intriguing to me, but Im skeptical as to the power level since we wont have access to both black and white with this commander
Donald Duck Daisys Date, Turbo Royal Hack, and Vanellope Von Schweetz Random Roster Racer are great for tempo, then Olaf Happy Passenger is there to save you in the late-game if its all gone a bit wrong

However, its three notable chase cards that buoy this sets booster boxes to the lofty heights its market price reaches: Mox Diamond at close to $600, the first legendary Sliver creature, Sliver Queen, at $250 and recursion engine/nonbasic land Volraths Stronghold at over $80
