I dont think that it has too high of a power level for Standard, so I wouldnt be completely shocked to see it in something like Magic Origins or in the next Zendikar block
The downside, of course, is that you have to wait until your upkeep to get the first trigger, and if an opponent destroys the enchantment before then, youll need some other way for the Ring to tempt you
