Expect grapefruit, lemon rind, peach and baked apple, layered with vanilla oak, clove, nutmeg and a gentle nutty, nougat like richness from time in bottle. On the palate, it is smooth, rounded and quietly creamy, with citrus freshness still giving shape to the wine. The
