This is a very early design going back 40 years or so. Holster is for a Colt 45 1911 Government Model 5", LEFT draw. Last photo shows a very nice feature similar to the Hank Sloan FBI Holster, protecting your rear sight. Slots will fit a belt up to 1 3 4".
