Colli Tortonesi 'Cavallina' 2021, Claudio Mariotto Fortified lychee and apricot tempered byFrom a special, single 5 hectare vineyard in Tortona with pure limestone soils, this is an incredibly concentrated, intense expression of Timorasso. Straw in colour and loaded with grapefruit and white peach and with a saline, mineral streak to it very fine white wine indeed.
