Number Ten: Detection Tower Of all the cards to make this list, few of them require as little of an explanation as Detection Tower
The set is as follows: #001: Charizard #002: Pikachu (holo) #003: Miraidon (holo) #004: Jigglypuff #005: Hatenna #006: Dragapult #007: Quagsire #008: Koraidon (holo) #009: Umbreon #010: Hydreigon (holo) #011: Roaring Moon (holo) #012: Dragonite (holo) #013: Eevee #014: Rayquaza #015: Drampa (holo) In the past, Pokmon collectors have flocked to McDonald's to buy Happy Meals in bulk, with some even showing cars jam-packed with meals
Such fillers are apparently sometimes used in other TCGs (see The Collation Project on the topic of Magic: The Gathering) and are discarded after cutting (though I wouldnt be surprised if there are Jungle packs accidentally containing a blank card out there somewhere)
This does, however, make these ETBs even more valuable, and since this box includes a promo card of the ever-popular Pokemon, Greninja as a classic Shiny gold star card it is even more desired
The cards value has skyrocketed over the years, with a PSA 7 example selling for $375,000 in early 2021 and another fetching $900,000 a year later
The Pokemon TCG features a card for every Pokemon in the series at a range of prices for all collectors to enjoy
