1874 Bendigo City Hall - Bull Street The Block Arcade A photograph of the YarraA photo of Bendigo from 1874 looking south east along Bull Street, with the original City Hall (designed in 1859 by George Avery Fletcher, who was then the town clerk of Bendigo) at the end of the street. Around 1878, that building was remodelled and enhanced to become the current Town Hall. On the right of the photo we see "A.
