Chardonnay Single Vineyard 2024, Yabby Lake Dinner & Tasting this is excellent medium-bodied PinotTom Carson and Yabby Lake have established themselves as one of Australia's quality leaders for high quality Pinot and Chardonnay and this wine is stunning. Cool, restrained and with a distinctly mineral feel to it, this is not the buttery opulent Chardys of yesteryear. Wonderful acid drive and just the faintest whisper of well integrated oak to round the sharp edges.
