Ikea Byakorre Shelf Unit with custom aluminium shelves Configuration:Shelves Only modernist furniture that combined precisionThis shelving unit uses the new IKEA BYAKORRE frame, fitted with our custom made aluminium shelves. We replaced the standard inserts with solid 3mm aluminium panels, precision cut to fit the existing structure. The added weight and rigidity transform the lightweight frame into a more solid, architectural shelving piece, while introducing a subtle industrial finish. The BYAKORRE frame is based on the Enetri shelving system originally designed by Niels
