Our Sparkling Pinot Noir has aromas of toasty brioche and a luscious mousse of silky soft bubbles

2016 Coal Valley Vineyard Estate Pinot Noir We discovered this Pinot NoirThe Estate Pinot Noir is made from a selection of fruit from various blocks around the property. The wine has a dark ruby red colour and aromas of red cherry and plums. Smooth tannins support a rich and delicious palate. Matured in French oak barrels for 10 months.
