George III Flame Mahogany Cross-Banded Cutlery Box with Original Interior. Art Nouveau Width: 7cmA fine quality George III flame mahogany and cross banded cutlery box with inlaid shell patera to the top and the original cross banded fitted interior. The front boasts a white metal armorial cartouche with the monogram 'JWB', beneath a white metal escutcheon. The knife box shows signs of age and wear particularly to the front foot, extremities and to the top right section of the fitted interior (please see photographs). Regardless, the box remains
