風土：Gevrey Chambertin村是夜丘菁華區的起點，這裏有高達九座特級園(Grand Cru)，為全布根地之冠，更相傳拿破崙最喜好這個地方所生產的酒，因此也被稱為「王者之村」。貝日園Clos de Bèze為村中最早也最知名的特級園，最早時由貝日教會擁有，故有此名。比起相鄰的特級園Chambertin地勢更為平緩，風格更為細緻多變。
